This is a very intense and awaken retreat, and the first such unique program in these areas. Some participate in it because they want personal or spiritual growth, others because they want to acquire new skills. This retreat will enhance your personal and professional life as well as the life of your clients. Accommodation and Food:

If you want to stay here for more than a one day, you´ll find an accommodation in the village Vrmdza, just in the foothills of the mountain. The accommodation is basic and lovely in an eco-friendly setting, ideal to inspire yogis, philosophers, artists, intellectuals and most of all nature lovers. You´ll enjoy the benefits of living water, organic honey and food prepared mostly on fire.

Program:

1st DAY – WELCOME TO VRMDŽA (village under the mountain Rtanj)
2nd Day – WORK WITH EARTH ELEMENT on the mountain Rtanj
3rd DAY – WORK WITH FIRE ELEMENT with the possibility of firewalking
4th DAY – WORK WITH WATER ELEMENT
5th DAY – WORK WITH ELEMENT OF AIR (WIND)
6th DAY – WORK WITH ELEMENT OF ETHER (SOUL)

– gentle awakening of the vital energies of the body / light morning yoga

– hike to the old Latin town of the 3rd century, located above the very site of Vrmdža, the Church of the Holy Trinity, Vrelo – the source of the Vrmdža River, Vrmdža Lake or Vrmdža Ethnos Museum
– walk on embers
– creating a fire amulet
– visiting a waterfall with shamanic drumming and healing ceremonies
– visit the town Sokobanja with its medicinal waters, the possibility to take baths
– Wim Hof breathing method
– visiting Nature Park Lepterija and Lake Bovan
– visiting Ozren Mountain, Stone of Love, Photo point Ocno, Canyon of the Moravica River
– Access Bars Method (stimulating the points on the head)
– visiting a hammam spa
– final ceremony on last day: blessing for the participants and an initiation in the 5 elements of nature

Retreat Facilitators:

Neven Carin is healing practitioner working on spiritual energy, therapeutic counseling and alternative therapy. He uses the old shaman techniques and less known but powerfull places in Croatia and Balkan. His methods are: bio energy, Reiki, Shamanism, breathing techniques, meditation, Buddha-KI, Osho´s, the protection and removal of negative influences and spells, purification of objects, walking on coals at 1000 degrees and many more.
